Track your order

Once your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details. Carrier updates may take time to appear after a label is created.

Need to change your address?

Email support@colagea.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will check whether a change is still possible before dispatch.

A delivery problem?

If tracking has stopped updating, a parcel is marked delivered but missing, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and the details. For a damaged item, include photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve it.
